We currently offer the following shipping options for addresses in the US:

• Standard Shipping on Orders under $100: $10.00, 3-7 Business Days.

• Standard Shipping on Orders above $100: Free, 3-7 Business Days.

• Expedited Shipping: $20.00, 2 Business Days

For INTERNATIONAL orders, additional shipping and duties may apply.
If you have any special shipping requests, such as expedited shipping, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Return & Exchange Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products at HB Lab Innovations Inc. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange policy. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

Important Return Conditions:

• IVF supply packages and seals must not be opened or damaged to be eligible for return.

• Due to regulatory and quality control standards, media products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label, and you can send the item back to us for a refund or exchange.
